Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Previous experience in acute care or hospital nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills, including critical thinking and time management
• Compassionate communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to care for patients across the lifespan, including pediatric and geriatric populations

What You Will Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care on the night shift across med-surg, pediatric, and specialty units
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care in compliance with protocols
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and update care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Deliver age-appropriate, developmentally sensitive care
• Work a consistent 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. schedule, including every third weekend
