Staff Accountant

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Individual to work with our day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen internal processes, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems. Key Responsibilities Process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Maintain and improve general ledger accuracy within QuickBooks Desktop Ability to analyze financial statements (monthly and year-to-date) Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting Able to communicate with company's CPA regarding company financials Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, analysis) Proven ability to build and improve processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership capabilities What We're Looking For A process-oriented thinker Someone who takes ownership and drives accountability A team leader who can develop staff and improve performance A problem solver who enjoys digging into data and systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company #J-18808-Ljbffr
