Admissions and Intake Clinician (LCSW or LPC) Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is actively hiring an admissions and intake clinician to join the intake and admissions team as a full‑time social worker or counselor. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessments, facilitating appropriate level‑of‑care determinations, and ensuring a seamless, supportive experience for patients and their families. Responsibilities The Admissions and Intake Clinician will: Conduct comprehensive assessments Evaluate patients for appropriate levels of care and admissions criteria. Coordinate and collaborate for all necessary information with physicians and other staff.
