Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary

Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)


• Incentives : Annual discretionary bonus and commissions on new business

• Work Arrangement : Hybrid schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors


• Manage accounts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 in size, with an average book of $1 million


• Handle all aspects of servicing accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (80% new, 20% renewal)


• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention


• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory


• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency setting


• Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred


• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with generalist accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors


• Work Ethic : Ability to manage accounts independently, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
