Job Title Clinical Site Manager Location & Schedule 51st Avenue Recovery Health Center, Phoenix, AZ. Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Overview Terros Health is seeking a licensed clinician to lead a multidisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and co‑occurring disorders. As Clinical Site Manager, you will model clinical excellence, mentor staff, ensure quality and compliance, and foster a culture of compassionate, evidence‑based care.
