Outpatient Registered Dietitian-Eating Disorders

Olive Branch Nutrition is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our growing practice. This W-2 position begins with part-time hours and offers the potential to build a full-time caseload. We provide flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends. Counseling sessions are conducted in person at our Crystal Lake or Downers Grove offices, or virtually (minimum 2 days of in-person availability required). We support professional growth through regular individual case consultations and continuing education opportunities. Based in Crystal Lake, Illinois, our outpatient private practice provides telehealth and in-person services for disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image concerns, and chronic disease management. We utilize a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach and are committed to ethical, inclusive, and accessible care. Olive Branch Nutrition is in-network with several insurance providers to expand access to our services. Responsibilities Counsel clients on developing balanced relationships with food, movement, and body image. Establish collaborative goals based on nutritional, therapeutic, and cultural needs. Coordinate care with other members of the client's treatment team. Evaluate progress and revise treatment plans to meet individual needs. Manage caseload tasks, including scheduling and maintaining documentation per insurance guidelines. Refer clients to external providers or resources when appropriate. Maintain and model professional boundaries and a peaceful relationship with food and body. Optional: Develop marketing materials, provide meal support, or create nutrition content. Required Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with the CDR. Licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of Illinois (must reside in Illinois). Strong computer literacy and EMR proficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile At least 1 year of clinical or outpatient experience, preferably with eating disorders. Experience with Intuitive Eating, HAES®, motivational interviewing, and social determinants of health. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative communication skills. Strong self-awareness and a commitment to anti-oppressive nutrition counseling. Preferred Experience Treatment of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Pediatric Nutrition. Job Details Compensation: Up to $50/hour with growth potential. Type: Part-time with full-time potential.
