Location: Malvern, PA (hybrid schedule- M/F are remote- other days onsite in Malvern)

Hourly rate: $60 to $90 per hour (depending on experience level)

Requirements

You will partner closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to design and optimize experiences within tools like our contact center technology ecosystem, and our internal CRM platform Dynamics. Rather than building consumer-facing web or mobile applications from the ground up, this role focuses on workflow optimization, service design, and creating intuitive experiences that help internal users work more effectively.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on solutions that are already in production and actively used by crew. You'll have direct access to users, receive meaningful feedback, and see the impact of your work firsthand as you help evolve AI-enabled tools and experiences for frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface solutions that improve the experience of internal users across contact center and service workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-centered solutions aligned to business objectives and operational needs.
• Help shape the future of AI-enabled experiences by contributing to features that leverage Generative AI technology to improve workflows, knowledge access, and productivity.
• Translate user needs, feedback, and business goals into actionable design recommendations and product enhancements.
• Create experience strategy artifacts, including user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with research, analytics, product, and technology partners to incorporate both quantitative and qualitative insights into the design process.
• Use experimentation and user feedback to validate ideas and continuously improve experiences.
• Analyze user behavior, business objectives, and industry trends to inform design decisions and strategic recommendations.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices while balancing platform capabilities, technical constraints, and evolving business priorities.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of industry/field experience in user experience design.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field.
