• 6:30 AM-4:00 PM

• Extended hours and occasional weekends may be required
  

Production Supervisor Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  
• Quality-assurance experience preferred
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing equipment preferred
  
• Understanding of quality-management systems, including ISO 9001, preferred
  
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles is a plus
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  
• Ability to use tape measures, digital calipers, and similar measuring equipment
  
• Strong math skills
  
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment
  
• Flexibility to work extended hours and occasional weekends
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise up to 30 production employees.
  
• Promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
  
• Schedule daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery goals.
  
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow with other departments.
  
• Monitor production performance and adjust staffing based on workload demands.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
  
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
  
• Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  
• Complete production reports accurately.
  
• Communicate operational updates, concerns, and results to management.
