California Licensed Patient Intake Coordinator

To support a growing interdisciplinary care team, the full-time California Licensed Patient Intake Coordinator will conduct patient screenings, assist with treatment coordination, and ensure seamless patient experiences in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient screening calls and assist with intake form completion and onboarding processes Collaborate with clinical teams to support treatment planning, appointment scheduling, and care coordination Document patient interactions and maintain compliance with clinical, legal, and ethical standards Required Qualifications Compliance with all state board requirements, including fingerprinting and application submission Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical workflows Experience in a mental health clinic or medical office with an understanding of patient workflows Experience in a fast-paced call center environment requiring immediate follow-up Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
