Office Administrator

Now Hiring: Front Office / Office Services Administrator (Contract) Location: Downtown Miami Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $23/hour Parking: Validated This is a contract coverage opportunity supporting a team member who will be out on leave. The assignment is anticipated to begin soon , with the duration still to be determined —it could be approximately one week or extend for a couple of months based on business needs. Primary Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, executives, and vendors. Manage reception, incoming calls, visitor registration, and guest access. Coordinate conference room setups, catering, and meeting hospitality. Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate FedEx, UPS, USPS, and courier shipments. Support office operations, supply inventory, facilities requests, and onboarding/offboarding. Maintain a polished, client-ready front office and provide exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who has: 2+ years of receptionist, office services, or administrative experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience managing front desk responsibilities, mail, shipping/receiving, and general office operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional corporate environment while supporting a collaborative team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
