Seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer - Java, the full-time position offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement and focuses on delivering quality software solutions, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Design and evaluate features, providing feedback to ensure high-quality standards Identify performance issues and optimize solutions while collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders Drive design and code reviews, maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and automation Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably computer science, or equivalent 10+ years of professional experience in delivering quality software with Java and Spring Experience with RESTful architecture, microservices, and AWS Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and alerting tools Experience with SQL databases and basic knowledge of NoSQL databases
