Sr Business Analyst

Business Analyst Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and effective solutions by analyzing current processes, identifying pain points, defining requirements, and recommending improvements that align with organizational goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Gather business requirements, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to solve business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project outcomes align with business needs. Document and present findings through detailed reports, process flows, and presentations. Support solution implementation that enhances efficiency, performance, and profitability. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Key Activities: Conduct strategic business analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Plan and monitor projects, including cost optimization and resource utilization. Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users. Perform variance and impact analyses to assess performance against business goals.
