Strategic HR Partner: Ops & Talent Growth

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Location: IAH Airport Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 plus Bonus Eligibility Role Overview Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) aligns OTG's crew member strategy with business strategy. Key responsibilities include working with operations managers to set priorities, drive values, and deliver business results. Responsibilities Partner with operations leaders to build future-ready teams by strengthening current workforce for evolving business needs. Reskill and upskill personnel: identify training needs and assist L&D in aligning training programs with business objectives. Strategic workforce planning: ensure workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future. Succession planning: select and develop key talent to fill critical roles. Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance. Understand labor relations, CBAs, and negotiations. Guide the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies. Conduct thorough investigations and review documentation of crew members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, organizational studies, or business management/administration. 5+ years’ experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
