Account Sales Representative

Natera seeks an Associate Sales Representative for the Women's Health team covering the Tallahassee territory, based in Jacksonville. The role involves partnering with a Clinical Field Specialist to manage accounts, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth in a performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned territory sales goals and targets
• Retain existing business while identifying and driving new growth opportunities
• Conduct effective sales calls and manage complex clinical situations with customers
• Develop expert product knowledge of Women's Health offerings and services
• Manage expense reporting and maintain compliance with regulatory spending limits

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare sales
• Strong business acumen and territory analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, competitive, and independent problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (Sunshine Act, Stark, Anti-Kickback)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
