About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) to be a key partner in the organization's long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in enterprise strategy, decision-making, and will be responsible for optimizing financial performance, and strengthening operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion and integration efforts, particularly in the competitive Southern California healthcare market. The CFO & SVP will lead the finance team, ensure the alignment of capital allocation and financial strategy with the overall healthcare system, and will be a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate for the CFO & SVP position at the company will be a collaborative and influential executive with a proven track record in leading finance within complex, growth-oriented healthcare systems. They should have a strong background in operational and financial leadership, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive disciplined financial management. The role requires a leader who can think beyond traditional finance, contribute to strategic initiatives, and maintain a focus on financial performance and accountability. Strong analytical capabilities, experience in improving forecasting and financial analytics, and the ability to navigate the unique complexities of an academic health system are essential. The CFO & SVP will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization and must be energized by system transformation, collaboration, and growth.
