About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all financial activities, including financial planning, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, tax, real estate finance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 7-10 years in a senior executive finance role, and a proven track record of scaling financial operations in a large, growing organization. Hands-on experience in treasury management, capital planning, debt financing, and real estate finance is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with Boards, Finance Committees, and executive leadership. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a strong background in modernizing financial systems, process improvement, and streamlining operations. Experience in leading accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, compliance, and reporting is also required. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams, with a focus on talent development, workforce planning, and capability building.
