About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The CFO will serve as the principal corporate administrator, responsible for the strategic planning, management, and oversight of financial services, facilities, and organizational infrastructure. The successful candidate will collaborate with university colleagues, support the company's DEI plan, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. The CFO will also be involved in business operations, fiscal responsibilities, and administration, and will supervise various departments to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the organization. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA preferred. A minimum of 7 years' experience in financial affairs within a non-profit or higher education setting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, is required. The role demands a professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and management skills. The CFO will be expected to have a proven track record of working with diverse and culturally pluralistic environments, and the ability to lead during change and create collaborative relationships.
