Requirements:What You’ll Do:
As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will:
- Design and Implement Curriculum : Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children’s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
- Foster Growth : Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.
- Collaborate and Learn : Work closely with our Center Directors and fellow educators, benefiting from continuous training and mentorship to enhance your teaching skills.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- Minimum of Basic Childcare courses - Intro to Childcare/Skills and Strategies/Infant and Toddler Care
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional early education and care
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow professionally within a supportive community
Current Opportunity: The Cornerstone Center, located at 345 N. Broadway in Green Bay, is currently seeking a 2.5-3.5 year old Teacher for the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
