Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations and providing financial insight across the business. This position contributes to accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and strong collaboration across finance and operational teams in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Report to the Finance Manager. Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense reporting activities. Perform bank reconciliations and help maintain accurate financial records. Support FP&A activities and financial reporting processes. Assist with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry. Experience with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and supporting FP&A activities. Background in cost accounting and working with reporting tools in an accounting environment. Experience using an ERP system, along with strong Excel skills. Experience with tools used for reconciliations and expense reporting. Ability to partner effectively with plant operations, finance leadership, and external partners such as auditors or vendors.
