Marketing Analytics Lead

To enhance member engagement strategies, the full-time Marketing Analytics Lead will build attribution models, develop performance dashboards, and conduct funnel analysis while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain marketing attribution models to identify influential touchpoints across various channels Develop standardized campaign performance dashboards for optimization by the marketing team Conduct funnel analysis to understand member drop-off points throughout the engagement journey Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI tool, with the ability to build dashboards from scratch Strong SQL skills and experience pulling data from multiple systems and sources Working knowledge of attribution modeling methodologies Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigor
