Top Home Care Agency is family operated and serves the Greater Pittsburgh area and all of Western Pennsylvania. Our Agency creates careers for dedicated direct care workers who take pride in caring for others.
Top Home Care Agency is looking for dedicated team members for immediate hire to fill a position in South Park, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Administers care to the consumer by the established care plan.
Provides safety and supervision to the consumer.
Performs duties listed within the PLAN OF CARE.
Communicate with office staff regarding the consumer’s status, maintenance, supplies, personnel issues, concerns, or suggestions.
Maintains confidentiality of all consumer information.
Maintains residence security according to established procedures, including lights, locking doors, securing the garage, and guidelines regarding visitors.Participates in training programs as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am - 2:00pm
