Top Home Care Agency is looking for dedicated team members for immediate hire to fill a position in South Park, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administers care to the consumer by the established care plan.
- Provides safety and supervision to the consumer.
- Performs duties listed within the PLAN OF CARE.
- Communicate with office staff regarding the consumer’s status, maintenance, supplies, personnel issues, concerns, or suggestions.
- Maintains confidentiality of all consumer information.
- Maintains residence security according to established procedures, including lights, locking doors, securing the garage, and guidelines regarding visitors.Participates in training programs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am - 2:00pm
