Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status and needs through evidence-based tools and methodologies, ensuring compliance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient. Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions and strategies in real-time.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports utilizing the latest digital technology, ensuring adherence to regulatory and department standards.

Qualifications\n
