About This Job ACL Digital Location: Greater Bengaluru Area, India Work Mode: On-site Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 5-6 years of experience in IT Services/Engineering Services sales focused on the GCC (Global Capability Center) market. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying new business opportunities, engaging with GCC decision-makers, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events. Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Delivery Leaders, Procurement, and other key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and position the organization's IT/Engineering services effectively. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial negotiations. Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to develop winning solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through CRM tools. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding existing accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5–6 years of experience in business development/sales within IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Engineering Services. Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem and enterprise sales. Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience selling Digital Engineering, Embedded, AI/ML, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, or Product Engineering services. Strong network within GCC organizations in India. Experience handling multi-million-dollar opportunities and strategic accounts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) New logo acquisition. Revenue and gross margin achievement. Sales pipeline growth and conversion rate. Client relationship and account expansion. Proposal win rate and customer satisfaction.
