Network Operations Center Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support and troubleshoot network environments across multiple client sites. This role is heavily focused on network operations, wireless troubleshooting, incident resolution, and customer support. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a variety of networking environments and technologies, thrives in a ticket-driven environment, and can confidently troubleshoot Layer 2/3 and wireless connectivity issues. Candidates from MSP, NOC, network operations, or Tier 2/Tier 3 support backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities :Provide network support through help desk tickets, phone calls, and incident response

• Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity issues across multiple client environments
• Support and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and other network infrastructure devices
• Investigate and resolve Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify service-impacting issues
• Work directly with internet service providers, vendors, and third-party partners during troubleshooting efforts
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
• Document troubleshooting processes, configurations, and resolutions
• Assist with network deployments, upgrades, and hardware implementations
• Support wireless network optimization initiatives and performance improvements
