This vision is expressed in our signature: Creativity is our Legacy.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEBuild project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules early in a project’s development and align all stakeholders on milestone dates and project budgets.Maintain accurate project costs and timelines within Kernig’s Power B.I. dashboards to ensure accurate real-time communication of project information to stakeholdersCoordinate efforts of all internal project stakeholders (I.T., Security, Operations, etc.), external consultants (architects, engineers, etc.), general contractors, and other suppliers to ensure key project milestones are achievedLead regular weekly meetings with all project team members to update on progress, align on objectives, and resolve any issues that may arise during design or constructionReview all technical and design drawing packages to ensure they satisfy the objectives of the projectIdentify risks to schedule and budget and manage accordingly with stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budgetVisit construction sites throughout a project’s timeline to verify that the works are proceeding as planned and are compliant with all design standardsPartner with Kernig’s Procurement team to manage tenders for Architects of Record, General Contractors, and Millworkers for all necessary projects to ensure all vendors provide quality, compliance, and value for the Group.Contribute to the Group’s sustainability objectives by promoting sustainable construction practices among project teams and ensuring all eligible projects achieve LEED certificationWHO YOU AREMinimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction with exposure to luxury retail projects preferredMaster's or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar disciplineStrong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience managing small to medium sized construction projects while taking full responsibility for compliance with budgets, schedules, and design intentSustainability accreditations such as LEED A.P. or WELL A.P. preferredProficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools), Adobe Graphics Programs (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing programs.Financial benefits include: Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), 401(k) plan, basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability insurance.Job TypeRegularStart Date2026-07-09ScheduleFull timeOrganizationKering Americas Inc.Department:Architectural Design & Store Planning
