Loan Sales Specialist - Bilingual

Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in‑house systems. Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal‑oriented attitude. Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring a thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual – Spanish. Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience. Location & Schedule On‑site location. Schedule Monday‑Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, including occasional Saturdays.
