We are seeking to hire a Day Floater/General Cleaner. You will be responsible for driving company vehicle, wash and dry laundry, pick up/drop off laundry and supplies for different accounts. Floater will cover gaps in coverage at different accounts. Job tasks include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. Will be trained to cover different accounts

Job Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license as will be driving company vehicle daily
• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits

• Pay rate $15 / hour
• Hours 7am - 3:30pm but could vary, some weekends
