Immediate Hiring - Assembler (Day Shift)- Start On Monday

Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electrical parts using hand tools
• Follow simple work instructions, drawings, and part lists
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and completeness
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with team members to support production needs

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
