Compensation : $25 - $35 per hour
Aire Serv of Central Illinois is a union HVAC contractor offering company-paid family health insurance, pension benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and year-round work.
We are looking for someone who can fabricate and install custom ductwork, build transitions and plenums, install residential HVAC systems, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. If you are dependable, customer-focused, and enjoy seeing a job completed the right way, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do- Install residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom duct modifications in the field.
- Perform equipment changeouts and complete system installations
- Read and interpret installation layouts and plans
- Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete installation documentation and paperwork
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced installers
Requirements
Qualifications- HVAC installation experience required
- Sheet metal fabrication experience required
- Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, and custom ductwork
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- EPA Certification preferred
