RVNAhealth is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Clinical Specialists in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety strategies. Support a positive, patient‑centered therapy experience. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible). Interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. Compensation: The full time pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
