Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

At NorthBay Health, we are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Primary Care team in Vacaville, CA . In this role, you will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan from pediatric to geriatric populations while working collaboratively with a supervising physician and guided by established clinical protocols.

Compensation

• $88.42 $113.15 per hour
• Compensation based on years of APP experience
• Top of range reflects highly experienced providers (20+ years)
• Additional per diem shift differentials available

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Master s required) or Physician Assistant program
• Current California NP or PA license
• Board Certification (NCCPA for PA or ANCC, AANP, AACN, or PNCB for NP)
• Current AHA (or equivalent) CPR certification
• Active DEA license (Schedule II and above)
• Valid Furnishing Number
• NP: 2+ years of NP experience or 4 years of RN experience
• PA: Relevant clinical experience or completion of internship
• Preferred: Experience in primary care or ambulatory setting
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and patient care documentation skills
