Distribution Associate

Alfil Logistics is hiring a Distribution Associate in Charlotte. This is a full-time role with steady warehouse and distribution tasks. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. We are looking for reliable candidates ready to support product movement, order flow, and daily facility operations.

Duties

Sort products for distribution
Prepare items for outbound loads
Move goods between storage zones
Support daily shipping workflow

Requirements

Reliable attendance required
Able to stand for long periods
Comfortable lifting packages
Authorized to work in the United States
