As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. You will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure that each event is a success. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decorations. Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution. Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and equipment. Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
