Key Responsibilities

• You will evaluate patients referred by physicians and develop tailored treatment programs that address their unique needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and educational sessions.
• Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to optimize patient care coordination and outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers about treatment processes, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and align with the organization's business objectives while maintaining ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Limber, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals rehabilitating from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your caseload will encompass various specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. This multifaceted approach allows you to impact numerous lives and assist patients in returning to their daily activities with confidence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A strong commitment to building rapport with patients and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Experience treating a wide range of diagnoses in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits
