Work Environment

Located in the beautiful Palm Beach area, our onsite rehabilitation center features a well-equipped gym and private treatment rooms designed to create an optimal recovery atmosphere. Our team works closely together in a supportive environment that emphasizes communication and collaboration to achieve the best patient outcomes. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop tailored therapy plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, assessing and documenting improvements or challenges, and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Deliver ongoing support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive and motivating environment that promotes recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to coordinate comprehensive care plans when necessary.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Prime Fitness Rehab Center, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This role requires the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the varying needs and backgrounds of each patient, ensuring inclusive and effective care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Valid Florida Physical Therapy license, either current or pending at the time of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with patients.
• Critical thinking abilities to effectively assess patient needs and customize treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced certifications in specialized rehabilitation techniques or modalities can be advantageous.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
