Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, restoring function, and enhancing mobility.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical capabilities and design programs that cater to their unique needs and goals.
• Direct and oversee the work of physical therapy assistants, ensuring they carry out care plans effectively.
• Utilize diagnostic tests to evaluate muscle function and physical abilities, integrating findings into comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes and patient feedback.
• Engage in education initiatives, providing clients and their families with instructions on therapy exercises, equipment usage, and wellness strategies.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively refine treatment goals and share insights on client progress.
• Complete essential documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay accessible to patients and staff during treatment sessions to offer guidance and immediate support.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
