Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, to assess their physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans based on clinical findings, ensuring alignment with each patient's goals and physician recommendations.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to address patient conditions, with a focus on promoting mobility and restoring function across different specialties.
• Administer evidence-based treatments aimed at enhancing movement and alleviating pain, while continuously tracking patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to document treatment, progress, and outcomes, thereby contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, wellness strategies, and the use of assistive devices, fostering independence and self-management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and actively engage in team-oriented activities to enhance the overall effectiveness of our rehabilitation programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling purposes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of physical therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Completion of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within the community, benefiting patient engagement.
