TruSolutions Therapy Care is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our rehabilitation center located in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function. This position offers a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Environment

The work setting is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable while undergoing therapy. Our team is composed of skilled professionals who collaborate daily to offer the highest quality of care. You will work standard shifts from Monday to Thursday (3 PM to 7 PM), with a shortened 4-hour schedule on Fridays, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses to assess injuries and physical limitations, utilizing industry-recognized physical therapy methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and outline achievable goals tailored to each patient's needs.
• Implement therapeutic procedures and modalities to address a wide variety of physical conditions and promote recovery.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers regarding treatment methods and self-management strategies to foster independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each patient encounter, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and physical therapy assistants to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current on best practices in physical therapy and promote knowledge sharing among staff.
• Participate in departmental operational oversight, contributing ideas towards program development, marketing strategies, and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses working with a diverse patient population, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals. You will utilize your expertise to address specific needs associated with various age groups and physical conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is essential, preferably within a rehabilitation environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse populations and possess relevant skills that can be effectively applied within the specific patient demographic.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation.
