Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's specific conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases.
• Continuously assess and adjust treatment protocols to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with patients, ensuring their comfort and trust throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes essential for ongoing health and wellness.
• Utilize documentation tools and patient management systems to track progress and outcomes effectively.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care strategies that enhance recovery outcomes.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to business objectives while maintaining a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required to practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficient in using computer systems for patient management and documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
