Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Lead the delivery of physical therapy services, implementing therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary to ensure continuous care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and any necessary follow-up.
• Actively participate in community outreach programs, enhancing awareness and education about physical therapy services.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, students, and interns, providing guidance on best practices in patient care.
• Maintain a commitment to professional development through continuous education and active participation in staff meetings.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
