Work Environment

This position is based in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in West Palm Beach, known for its advanced therapeutic solutions and supportive team environment. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment designed to enhance patient care. Work hours are Monday through Friday, facilitating a well-structured 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Active Mobility PT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals and individual patient needs.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic care to promote recovery, including techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Providing education and support to patients and their caregivers to empower them in their recovery process.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals while contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, including individuals receiving treatment for orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, neurological disorders, and pediatric cases. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using word processing and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Proven ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate recovery.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
