Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with various orthopedic conditions, utilizing standardized evaluation techniques to guide treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, patient goals, and evidence-based practices to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, and application of modalities to alleviate pain and enhance functional outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions, creating understanding around injury prevention, home exercise routines, and appropriate rehabilitation techniques.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated care and ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to comply with regulatory standards and support continued improvement in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Phyxable PT LLC, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Our patient population includes individuals across various age groups, each requiring tailored rehabilitation strategies to restore their physical function. Your role will be integral in guiding these patients through challenging recovery processes, focusing on maximizing their mobility and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, pathology, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
