Your role as a Physical Therapist will take place in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, which is dedicated to delivering exceptional physical therapy including orthopedic rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement comprehensive treatment and care plans tailored specifically for each patient, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Utilize independent judgment to assess patients' needs, devise treatment strategies, and provide individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Provide hands-on treatments, including but not limited to manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise protocols, and various modalities to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Maintain ongoing, effective communication with patients, their families, and the healthcare team, discussing progress, challenges, and home program adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in compliance with facility policies and state regulations to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Laurier Therapeutic Solutions, you will work with a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and those facing mobility challenges due to age or medical conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

At Laurier Therapeutic Solutions, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
