Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and history to develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administering appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various interventions aimed at improving patients' functional independence and restoration of normal movement patterns.
• Providing education and instruction to patients and their families on effective management techniques for their conditions, promoting self-care and injury prevention strategies.
• Documenting patient progress diligently, including treatment plans and outcomes, adhering to regulatory and insurance requirements.
• Regularly monitoring the effectiveness of prescribed treatments and making necessary adjustments based on patients' progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from those recovering from surgeries and injuries to individuals managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in working effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate patient progress and implement effective modifications to treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
