Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to accurately assess their physical capabilities and identify specific treatment needs.

• Regularly monitor and document each patient's progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and health outcomes.
• Administer a variety of therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities, tailored to each patient's conditions.
• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all patients.
• Provide education to patients and their families on effective home exercise regimens and preventive health strategies to support ongoing wellness.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, and adhere to professional standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The typical patient population you will assist includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and age-related conditions impacting mobility. Qualifications

• Must possess current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher-level degrees (Master's degree or Doctorate) from an accredited program is mandatory.
