Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our rehabilitation center, designed to foster innovative treatments and collaborative care. Working from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, you will be surrounded by a team of knowledgeable professionals who share a passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our supportive atmosphere aids in fostering professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate individual patient needs to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement and functionality.
• Provide hands-on care and utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patients' mobility, utilizing strategies like manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring you have the time and resources to deliver quality care to each patient.
• Implement cost-effective treatment methods, focusing on non-surgical solutions that minimize reliance on medications.
• Engage patients in their recovery journey by motivating them and providing ongoing support throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, to facilitate effective treatment tracking and communication.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt approaches based on patient progress and feedback.
• Promote healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, and coordination through tailored wellness programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. You will work closely with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds, employing your expertise to create meaningful and impactful recovery experiences. The focus is on rehabilitation that prioritizes patient education and autonomy, allowing clients to actively participate in their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy practices and manual therapy modalities.
• Experience in creating and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong familiarity with using EMR software, specifically Web PT, for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Commitment to staying current with the latest research and developments in physical therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic setting.
• Strong background in treating a diverse patient demographic with a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Ability to utilize innovative treatment modalities and adapt techniques based on the latest research findings.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
