Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' goals, limitations, and functional capabilities to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care by seeing 2-3 patients per hour, delivering therapeutic interventions that emphasize manual therapy, exercises, and tailored wellness programs.
• Utilize innovative and cost-effective treatment techniques to maximize patient's functional mobility, with a focus on reducing reliance on medications and avoiding surgery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring accurate records through EMR software like WebPT.
• Consult collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to adopt healthier lifestyles and achieve their personal wellness goals.
• Adapt treatment strategies in response to patient feedback and progress evaluations, continually refining care plans for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients at Well Guard Physical Therapy Clinic are primarily individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions requiring outpatient physical therapy services. This includes post-surgical rehabilitation and the management of chronic injuries. Qualifications

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist License.

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to obtain one before starting the role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits plan.
