Senior Preconstruction Manager (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

A highly respected, established construction general contracting firm based in the DC Metro Area is seeking a Preconstruction Manage to join their dynamic team. Opportunity for Senior Level.
As a recognized leader in the Northern Virginia market, this company is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, with a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, entertainment, light industrial and mixed-use projects & more They offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment - with ample growth potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction within ground up and/or renovations valued at $20M+
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
