Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth in the US market. Based in Miami, Florida, this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, expanding our customer base, and identifying new business opportunities in the global payments market. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on sales leader with a strong hunter mindset, capable of building strategies from the ground up while also leading the team by example. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Attrus' presence in the US and international markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and building a high-performance culture.
• Lead by example by actively participating in prospecting, client meetings, negotiations, and closing strategic deals.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities, with a strong focus on B2B hunting and pipeline generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term partnerships.
• Apply a consultative sales approach, working closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to develop solutions for customers.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve commercial strategies.
• Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Represent Attrus at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Skills & Abilities

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and people management;
• 7–8+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in B2B and international environments;
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, or related industries;
• Experience in Consultative Sales;
• Proven track record in hunting, pipeline generation, and closing B2B deals;
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to build and execute sales strategies;
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Experience with CRM platforms;
• Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese;
• Legally authorized to work in the United States;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA, Master's degree, or specialization in related field is a plus.
