Financial Analyst, Central Planning and Reporting

Manage consolidated Operational Expenditure processes and financial performance across the TI portfolio, driving month-end close, forecasting, and risk/opportunity management. Act as the central Point of Contact (POC) for specific technical verticals such as data centers and research and development.Partner with TI Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams to deliver consolidated financial reports and communications for executive leadership.Modernize financial operations by advocating for and building AI-enhanced workflows to drive efficiency.Develop, refine, and continuously improve budgeting processes, financial projections, and operating forecasts.Oversee and consolidate monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting requirements and supporting audit requests.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.Experience in full-cycle financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.Preferred qualifications:Experience in stakeholder management.Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and work as both an individual contributor and within a large cross-functional team.Ability to influence through strong relationship management and data knowledge to manage a set of issues through executive and staff stakeholders.Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Staffing, etc.) without direct authority.Ability to perform initial analysis with limited direction.Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, combined with strong business acumen.Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions.
